COVID-19 prevention

The Quality Inn & Suites Levis is renowned for its impeccable cleanliness and top customer service. We strive to offer all our guests a healthy and safe environment.

We are currently deploying additional hygiene and cleaning measures in our combat  against the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Quality Inn & Suites Levis hotel has implemented the following sanitary measures:

  • Wearing the mask is mandatory in public area
  • Hand sanitizing Dispensers installed at every entrance of the hotel
  • The Front Desk Area, Payment Modules and Pens are disinfected after each use
  • No cleaning services for stays of multiple nights *
  • The indoor pool and the fitness room is open with some restrictions
  • Breakfast Buffet is not served momentarily; Continental breakfast to go boxes are available at reception (free of charge)

(Assorted Muffins, Danish, chocolatine, cheese, boiled eggs, bread, yogurt, applesauce, oatmeal, oranges and bananas)

  • We strongly recommend payment by credit card
  • Social distancing is enforced and must be respected
  • Signs have been installed on the ground to visualize the 2 meters to be observed
  • Disinfectant dispensers have been set up at various places in the hotel
  • Only one family at a time can use the elevator
  • Employee training to comply with new sanitary measures


Is your hotel’s indoor pool open? Yes, but with certain restrictions. A maximum number of persons is allowed at one time. An area of the pool is allocated per Client/Family per time block.  You must reserve a time slot at the reception desk.

Is the buffet breakfast offered? Breakfast is always offered complementary, but in the form of a grab and go or a take-out lunch box.

Is the hotel fitness room available? Yes, under certain conditions. We can only accept one person at a time in the fitness room.  You must reserve a time slot at the reception desk.

Are your rooms cleaned if I stay more than one night at the hotel? No, but additional towels, washcloths, toilet paper, other amenities are available on request.

What is the time of arrival and departure during the time of COVID-19? We guarantee the room for check-in at 5:00 p.m. Check-out time 11:00 a.m. at the latest as cleaning steps take longer than normal.

Are your rooms available for meetings? Yes, under certain conditions, please contact us for more information.

Are public areas cleaned frequently? Yes, public areas are cleaned several times during the day.



The Quality Inn & Suites Levis team will be glad to offer additional items (towels, toilet paper, washcloths) to be placed at the door of your room in a transparent bag upon your request.

You can then drop your soiled items right in the same bag and an attendant will pick them up. The same goes for garbage and residual materials.
