TripAdvisor certificates of excellence

Fifth award for Quality Inn & Suites Lévis

Quality Inn & Suites Lévis and Groupe GenCaM announced today that the hotel was awarded TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence for the fifth consecutive time, which means that the hotel has now been inducted into the Certificate of Excellence Hall of Famer!

A unique designation

This award is in recognition of the quality of service at the hotel. It is awarded strictly to those establishments that receive consistently high ratings on TripAdvisor from travellers. The Hall of Fame award was created to recognize those establishments that have consistently offered outstanding guest experience and have won a Certificate of Excellence five years in a row. Hall of Fame winners include hotels, restaurants and attractions worldwide.

Étienne Aubin, Sales, Revenue Optimization and Online Business Manager at the GenCaM Group notes that “winning a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence five years in a row and becoming a member of the Certificate of Excellence Hall of Fame are a tremendous honour for the entire GenCaM Group. We wish to thank all our guests who took the time to submit a review on TripAdvisor. There is no better recognition than that of our guests. The TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence, which is based on reviews by our guests is a remarkable vote of confidence in our services, which we continuously strive to perfect. »

In the same vein, Marc Charron President of TripAdvisor for Business noted that “receiving a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for five consecutive years is a remarkable feat. TripAdvisor is pleased to induct five-time award winners into the Hall of Fame. “By putting a spotlight on businesses that are focused on consistently delivering great service to customers, TripAdvisor not only helps drive an improvement to hospitality standards around the world, it also gives businesses both large and small the ability to shine and stand out from the competition.”

When selecting Certificate of Excellence winners, TripAdvisor uses a proprietary algorithm to determine the honorees that take into account the quality, quantity and recency of reviews and opinions submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period, as well as business’s tenure and ranking on the Popularity Index on the site. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
